Lancemore Macedon Ranges is currently seeking a talented Chef to join our team.  In this role you will be providing exceptional dining experiences in our highly commended restaurant alongside the cellar door and events such as weddings and conferences. 

 

ABOUT YOU:
  • Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery and experience working in a premium restaurant or banquet kitchen
  • A passion for quality food and produce alongside enthusiasm and a creative approach to providing high-quality cuisine 
  • Well presented, punctual and reliable
  • Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
  • Demonstrated understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP 
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required within a rotating roster
  • Ability to keep your section clean and organised with a good understanding of work flow and structure
  • Full, unrestricted rights to work in Australia
