We’re looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor who takes pride in exceptional standards, enjoys leading people and isn’t afraid to be hands-on.
You’ll play a key role in the daily operation of the hotel, leading our Housekeeping team to ensure every room and guest space is presented beautifully and ready to impress.
The Role
- Lead and coordinate the Housekeeping team each day
- Allocate rooms, manage workflow and adjust staffing to hotel occupancy
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to maintain exceptional standards
- Coach and support Room Attendants to improve quality and productivity
- Ensure VIP, wedding, conference and group rooms are arrival-ready
- Work closely with Front Office and Maintenance to resolve issues quickly
- Manage linen, amenities and housekeeping supplies
- Support rostering and effective labour management
- Maintain strong WHS and safe working practices
- Be visible and hands-on, stepping in to support the team when required
About You
- Have previous experience supervising a housekeeping or cleaning team
- Have an exceptional eye for detail and take genuine pride in presentation
- Know how to lead, motivate and get the best from a team
- Can balance quality, productivity and labour efficiency
- Stay calm and organised in a busy hotel environment
- Are comfortable in a physically active, hands-on role
- Care about the guest experience and understand the impact Housekeeping has on it
- Can work a flexible 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays
