Lancemore Lindenderry Red Hill is seeking an experienced and passionate Casual Chef to join the team at one of the Mornington Peninsula’s most recognised boutique hotel dining and events operations. 

This is an exciting opportunity for a strong Chef to join a diverse and dynamic F&B offering across conferencing, weddings & events, restaurant dining, cellar door experiences, and in-room guest service, while playing a key role in supporting the kitchen with its culinary and guest experience journey.

Nestled in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula wine country, The Dining Room at Lancemore Lindenderry Red Hill offers a refined but relaxed regional dining experience celebrating local produce, award-winning wines, and warm, thoughtful hospitality.  

About the Role
You’ll work as part of our kitchen team to deliver high-quality meals across restaurant service, cellar door experiences, and large-scale functions including weddings and corporate events.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and plating dishes to a high standard

• Supporting the team with service flow across restaurant and event operations

• Maintaining a clean, safe, and well organised work area

• Adapting to changing service demands and team needs

What We’re Looking For

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher) is essential

• Experience in à la carte and/or banquet-style kitchens is highly regarded

• Understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP principles

• Calm under pressure with a reliable, can-do attitude

• Availability across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays (as rostered)

• Work rights in Australia
