Cleveland Estate is currently seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our team providing exceptional dining experiences in our our highly commended Restaurant, Cellar Door and for Weddings & Events. ABOUT YOU: - Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery
- Relevant experience in a premium restaurant/banquet kitchen
- Enthusiasm and a creative approach to providing high-quality cuisine
- Demonstrated understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required within a rotating roster
- Well presented, punctual and reliable
- Ability to keep your section clean and organised with a good understanding of work flow and structure
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure
- A passion for quality food and produce
- You will have full, unrestricted rights to work in Australia - No VISA will be offered for this role.
