Lancemore Crossley St is currently looking to employ a Casual or Part-time Breakfast Cook to join our passionate team.

About The Role:

• Successful high-quality hotel, catering to leisure, and corporate guests.
• Deliver a scrumptious boutique breakfast buffet (continental) and a la carte style menu.
• Time flies as you finish off each shift with some kitchen prep and get the kitchen spick and span for the evening team.
• 6:30am to 11:30am shift (weekdays, weekends and public holidays) so you have the chance to enjoy leisurely afternoon/evenings - a rare perk in the industry!

About You:

• To flourish in this role, you will have a flair for breakfast cooking, a passion for delivering high quality food made with love and you will thrive in a hands-on role where you can take charge when flying solo.
• Have a knack for high quality taste and presentation of breakfast items which our guests will rave about.
• Have impeccable organisational skills to ensure smooth sailing even during the 'mad rush' periods.
• Team player, great personality, and passion for delivering food at a standard that complements our boutique product.
• Ability to work under pressure, taking initiative and working both independently and collaboratively.
• Positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
• An understanding of food safety and HACCP principles
• Certificate II in Commercial cookery (minimum)
