We are looking for a service minded, people person and great communicator

who is passionate, hands-on and enjoys hosting and connecting with people. You will be joining our outstanding Front Office team, but with flexibility to help out in other departments as necessary.

About the role:

• Help deliver exceptional guest experiences at every part of the journey including reservations, arrivals, departures and throughout their stay
• Help to ensure a smooth check in and out process for our guests utilizing the Hotel's PMS system
• Be a key part of the guest experience, interacting wherever and whenever possible
• Support the operational teams with tasks as required - working in other departments as assigned by the Front Office Manager or management team
• Move from department to department when needed - cleaning, organizing, serving in the restaurant 
• Be an ambassador for the Hotel, positively representing and promoting our boutique brand

About you:

• Good availability to participate in a roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays – ideal for students!
• Ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Initiative and a great team player that can build connections with both guests and fellow staff
• Good personal presentation
• Self-motivation, can do attitude
• You want to work with a great team who are friendly and welcoming
• Proactive and positive focus with a passion for the hotel industry
• A team player who can work hard but also have fun
• Must have a valid RSA
