About The Role:

You will report to the Food and Beverage Manager and oversee the food and beverage operations delivering a memorable experience to our guests, through effective cost and payroll management, progressive team development and above all consistency in the delivery of a quality interactive guest experience. 

Leading from the front to deliver unforgettable experiences, with the opportunity to work along side the Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Manager.

You will succeed in this role if you have

• Experience in managing and delivering unique high end events
• Technical service competencies with a solid knowledge of food and wine
• The administrative know-how to build clever and accurate rosters and control the movement of stock throughout the Hotel
• Solid business acumen and results driven
• Experience in running a similar sized operation
• The ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
