ABOUT THE ROLE:

•  Liaise with a variety of clients as well as maintaining  existing relationships.  
• Demonstrate a high degree of attention to detail and understand what it takes to achieve the best results and provide an unforgettable experience for our clientele
• Host event , corporate client and on site tours of the property, completing the sale and planning the details of their special event
• Demonstrate success in delivering the perfect event to our corporate  clients
• Provide timely and professional quotations
• Conduct efficient event planning through to conclusion

• Excellent telephone technique and the ability to maintain friendly relations with both our  internal and external customers
• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for creating an event that exceeds the expectations of the client
• You will have a 'can do' attitude and understand what it takes to achieve the best results 
• Outstanding organisation skills with the ability to work with and manage multiple clients and their details simultaneously
• A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service
• Ability to work successfully within a close team environment and work unsupervised at times
• Good time management and communication skills
• Well-developed computer knowledge and strong administrative skills
• You have a warm, personable yet professional disposition
• Ability to think quickly on your feet
• Last, but certainly not least, they should be a great person to work with who is reliable, energetic, and wants a career in Sales and Event Management.
