Talented Chef de Partie required to join our outstanding award-winning team who provide exceptional dining experiences in our our well-known Restaurant (Joseph's), along with our Conference, Wedding & Events spaces.
ABOUT YOU:
- Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery
- Relevant experience in a premium restaurant/banquet kitchen
- Enthusiasm and a creative approach to providing high-quality cuisine
- Demonstrated understanding of Australian food safety, WHS and HACCP
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required within a rotating roster
- Well presented, punctual and reliable
- A passion for quality food and produce
