ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Exciting role, work in partnership with our Food and Beverage Manager to creatively provide interactive service and genuine hospitality to all guests.
- Supervise shifts as rostered
- Availability to participate across a 7-day Roster including weekends
- Ensure superior service is provided to all guests
- Assist with staff training
ABOUT YOU:
- Experience in a similar role with a restaurant or banquet background
- A passion for good quality food and wine
- Availability to work a variety of shifts
- A strong guest focus with excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexible and reliable
- Hands on! Lead by example and have your finger on the pulse.
- A love of coordinating wedding and events and interacting with Guests
- Have a strong sense of urgency to get things done quickly and works well under pressure
