Exciting role for a charismatic mixologist to join our professional team and work in stunning surroundings. Host and create a vibrant environment across our bar and lounge area.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Positioned in  the acclaimed Joseph's Lounge and Bar
• Part time role covering weekends
• Deliver exceptional guest service at the heart of the Hotel, chatting to our guests and assisting with wine, beverage and food selections
• Be an ambassador for the Hotel and our stunning surrounds
• Wow our guests with both classic and "designer" cocktails

ABOUT YOU:

• Experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
• You must have a passion for food and beverage with the ability to make great connections with all our guests.
• Valid RSA certificate.
• A desire for service excellence.
•  Wine & cocktail knowledge.
• A great communicator.
• Availability to participate in a 7 day working roster of days, nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment.
• Initiative and be a team player.
• Good personal presentation.
• Self-motivation, can do attitude.
