Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a "Marketing Superstar" to help share the Lancemore Story with the world. The Lancemore Group operates some of Australia’s most awarded boutique hotels, alongside a Halliday acclaimed winery (Lindenderry Estate Wines), a collection of restaurants including two hatted venues in the Good Food Guide and two of Australia’s most celebrated and awarded spa’s. 

 

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We're seeking a hands-on, organised and digitally savvy Marketing Coordinator to be the engine room of our marketing team.

 

Reporting to the Group Director of Sales & Marketing and working alongside our Brand & Digital and Partnerships leads, you'll own the day-to-day marketing activity that keeps our portfolio of boutique hotels, restaurants, spa and events brands visible, consistent and growing.


This role suits someone who thrives on delivering high-quality work on time across social, email, websites and listings and who is excited about leveraging AI to work smarter, not just harder. If you're already using AI tools to speed up content creation, refine copy and improve efficiency, you'll love this role. 

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Social Media (7 brand accounts)

  • Plan, create and schedule monthly content across all accounts, aligned to events, seasonal offers and key dates
  • Maintain a consistent posting cadence across hotels, restaurants, spa and events accounts
  • Manage the community daily, comments, DMs, tags and reviews, responding promptly and flagging issues
  • Manager influencer stays to create content across hotels
  • Deliver monthly performance reporting per account

Email Marketing (Revinate)

  • Plan and build the monthly EDM calendar across all segments, hotels, restaurants, weddings, conferences and spa
  • Design, build and send campaigns, coordinating with venue and F&B teams
  • Maintain list hygiene, audit automated sequences (pre-arrival, post-stay, triggered), and report on performance

Website (Silverstripe)

  • Keep all property, offer and seasonal pages current, refreshing copy, imagery and removing expired content
  • Publish and refresh content (image libraries, destination guides, experience and landing pages)
  • Keep menus, pricing and wedding pages up to date; optimise images with alt text and correct sizing

Listings, Directories & Reviews

  • Maintain Google Business Profiles across all properties, posts, photos.
  • Keep ATDW supporting content current and accurate

Creative & campaign support

  • Produce creative assets and content to support brand, digital and partnership campaigns
  • Support seasonal campaign pushes across properties

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 2+ years in a marketing coordinator, digital marketing or social media role (hospitality, tourism or lifestyle a plus)
  • Demonstrated, practical experience using AI tools to improve marketing output and efficiency
  • Strong hands-on social media skills across multiple accounts, including scheduling tools and community management
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (Revinate or similar) and an eye for segmentation and deliverability
  • Confidence updating website content and a working understanding of visibility impact through structured websites
  • Familiarity with Google Business Profiles, review management and tourism listings (ATDW / Visit Victoria) is highly regarded
  • Excellent copywriting, organisation and attention to detail, you can juggle many brands and deadlines without dropping the ball
  • A proactive, self-managing approach and a genuine interest in hospitality and brand storytelling
