About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and talented Chef de Partie to join the award-winning culinary team at Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park. Working at our acclaimed Joseph’s Restaurant under our exciting new culinary leadership team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences that reflect our heritage setting and our luxurious style.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Day to day management of kitchen sections in a consistent and organised manner
• Organisation and execution of mise en place to the required standard
