We have an exciting opportunity for a Breakfast Chef to join our kitchen team at Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park.

As a key member of our culinary team, you’ll be responsible for delivering a consistently high-quality breakfast offering to our discerning guests, showcasing fresh Victorian produce and elevating the first meal of the day into a memorable experience.

About You:

• To flourish in this role, you will have a flair for breakfast cooking, a passion for delivering high quality food made with love and you will thrive in a hands on role where you can take charge when flying solo:
• Have a knack for high quality taste and presentation of breakfast items which our guests will rave about
• Have impeccable organisational skills to ensure smooth sailing even during peak periods 
• Team player, great personality and passion for delivering food at a standard that complements our boutique product
• Ability to work under pressure, taking initiative and working both independently and collaboratively
• Positive mindset and a can do attitude
• An understanding of food safety and HACCP principles
• Appropriate trade qualifications
