We’re seeking an accomplished and visionary Executive Chef to lead the next evolution of culinary excellence at Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park, a boutique luxury hotel just 30 minutes from Melbourne.

At the heart of this role is Joseph’s Restaurant — our flagship dining destination. As we set our sights on securing The Age Good Food Guide Hat, we’re looking for a culinary leader with a proven track record in leading kitchens within hatted or Michelin-starred restaurants.

This is a rare opportunity to shape a distinctive food philosophy, champion local produce, and lead a passionate team in creating refined, produce-led experiences — not only in Joseph’s but across hotel banqueting and events.
