Full-Time | Based in Scenic Werribee Park Lancemore Mansion Werribee is currently seeking a talented Chef de Partie who has experience ideally working in a hotel environment catering for banquet service and A la cart restaurant to join our team providing exceptional dining experiences in our highly commended Restaurant, Cellar Door and for Weddings & Events. About the RoleYou’ll play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service are maintained. Reporting to the Executive and Sous Chef, your responsibilities will include: Supervising and supporting the kitchen team during service Leading by example in line with our values and food standards Contributing to menu development and planning Monitoring mise en place, food cost control, and stock rotation Ensuring consistent delivery of quality dishes across all outlets Maintaining kitchen hygiene and WHS standards Supporting rostering and workforce planning as required
About YouWe’re looking for someone who brings passion, professionalism, and creativity to their craft. You will have: Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent Previous experience in a hotel, banquet, or premium restaurant kitchen Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety principles Excellent communication and team leadership skills A commitment to excellence, efficiency, and kitchen cleanliness Availability to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
