About the Role

• Based in Joseph’s Restaurant & Bar
• Host and serve guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
• Prepare and present beverages to a high standard, including cocktails and wine
• Build genuine connections with guests and create exceptional experiences
• Be a proud ambassador for the Mansion Hotel & Spa brand

About You

• Prior bar experience in a hotel or a la carte dining environment
• Confident cocktail-making and solid wine/beverage knowledge
• Enthusiastic about hospitality and continuous improvement
• Holds a valid RSA certificate
• Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
• Calm under pressure, thrives in a fast-paced team environment
• Flexible availability across a rotating 7-day roster (including evenings, weekends, and public holidays)
