About the Role:

• Deliver outstanding service across a variety of food and beverage outlets

• Bring the Cleveland Estate guest experience to life through warm, professional service

• Be a proud ambassador of our hotel and brand

About You:

• Previous experience in an a la carte restaurant or functions venue is highly regarded

• Confident, friendly, and passionate about food, beverage, and people

• Comfortable working across a 7-day roster – with weekday availability essential

• Hold a valid RSA

• Able to work efficiently under pressure and in fast-paced environments

• Great communicator, team player, and well presented

• Knowledge of wine, spirits, and food service is a bonus – but attitude comes first!
