Are you ready to grow your career in hotel sales with a brand that’s known for curated experiences and genuine hospitality? Lancemore Hotels is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Executive to join our Head Office team in Melbourne CBD.

 

Reporting to our Director of Sales & Marketing, this is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales or reservations professional who’s eager to take the next step in a high-performing, supportive environment.

 

About The Role

You’ll play a key part in driving sales across our portfolio by:

  • Sourcing and securing new business opportunities across MICE and other market segments

  • Managing and nurturing key accounts with care and creativity

  • Conducting site inspections and familiarisation events to showcase our properties

  • Converting leads into high-value bookings with confidence and flair

  • Collaborating with a talented team to exceed revenue targets and deliver exceptional client experiences

What we are looking for

  • Experience in hotel Sales, Reservations, or Business Development, with exposure to MICE and Events

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs

  • A confident communicator and natural relationship builder

  • Established networks in the corporate or events space (a bonus!)

  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively

  • A positive, can-do attitude with a warm and professional approach

  • Experience with lead generation, cold calling, and converting enquiries into results
