We are looking for a casual Cook who is looking for flexible working hours and wants to be a part of delivering a modern boutique breakfast experience for our guests.

You will have the opportunity to work with a small, close knit and supportive team working to ensure our guests receive a truly delicious and memorable breakfast.  

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Show your flair for breakfast cooking and deliver simple but well presented, tasty breakfast dishes 
• Prepare and restock the small, stylish buffet 
• Ensure the kitchen is well stocked and ordering up to date
• Keep the kitchen clean and tidy
• Support the afternoon shifts by assisting with preparation for the evening 

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH;

• demonstrated experience in creating and delivering quality breakfast offerings
• knowledge of Commercial cookery
• knowledge and experience around controlling quality, operating and food costs 
• is able to assist with all food ordering & stock control
• An understanding of food safety, WHS and HACCP principles
• ability to operate within the appropriate food safety legislation and standards, including maintaining all required records and Lancemore standards.
