As a Director of Sales or Sales Manager at Lancemore, you play a key role in driving revenue growth, strengthening client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities across our Victorian portfolio. Your ability to lead sales strategies, build strong networks, and deliver results will be instrumental in our continued success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities in corporate, leisure, and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences & Events) markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance brand positioning and customer experience.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the sales team (for Director-level roles).

We are looking for dynamic and results-oriented professionals with:

• Proven experience in a senior sales role within hospitality, tourism, or a related industry.
• A strong network in corporate, MICE, and leisure markets.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills.
• A strategic and proactive approach to sales.
