We are now seeking an inspiring and commercially astute Area General Manager to lead our Lancemore Crossley Street property in Melbourne, along with two stunning regional hotels in the Macedon Ranges, just 90 minutes out of Melbourne.

 

This is an exciting opportunity to drive excellence across multiple properties, shaping guest experiences, financial performance, and team culture.

 

As the Area General Manager, you will:

  • Lead & Inspire: Motivate and develop high-performing teams across three properties, fostering a culture of service excellence and operational efficiency.
  • Drive Performance: Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including guest experience, revenue management, financial performance, and strategic planning.
  • Champion Brand Standards: Ensure each property delivers a consistent and memorable Lancemore experience while embracing its unique identity.
  • Build Strong Partnerships: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
  • Enhance Guest Experience: Lead by example, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction across all locations.

What you Bring

  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record in revenue management and driving top line sales
  • Multi-property management experience, including expertise in food & beverage and conferencing markets.
  • A results-driven mindset, with demonstrated success in cost control, revenue growth, and financial performance.
  • A passion for boutique hospitality, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and unique guest experiences.
  • A leadership-first approach, with a commitment to employee engagement, retention, coaching, and mentoring.
  • A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle to travel between properties as needed.
