The Lindenderry Red Hill by Lancemore is looking for friendly, experienced and well
presented team member who will fit into our culture of delivering outstanding
customer service. We have an opportunity for someone to work part time
(or casual if you prefer) in our fabulous front office team, surrounded by our spectacular property.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Our Guest Service Agents play a key role in the guest experience. Your responsibilities in this role include the following;
- Checking guests in and out, responding to enquiries and providing information about our facilities and services available
- Answering incoming calls and emails and responding professionally and timely
- Assist reservation enquiries with rates, availability, packages and facilities and
services we have to offer. - Ensuring guest accounts are set up and updated accurately with all relevant notes and transactions including processing of payment.
- Communicate guest requests & issues to appropriate departments promptly
and efficiently, ensures special requests are actioned appropriately and timely - Reconciles cashier floats at the completion of each shift
- Communicate with Team Members on the following shift in order to ensure
continuity of service. - Maintaining the presentation of the front desk at all times - first impressions count
ABOUT YOU:
- Passionate about delivering exceptional guest satisfaction
- Love to be part of a team with exceptional employee engagement
- Knowledge of a hotel's front office administrative duties – including the
administration of reservations, cash handling and reception duties is distinct
advantage. - Commitment with flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public
holidays - Proactive and positive focus with a passion for the hotel hospitality industry
