 We are looking for customer service "superstars" who are passionate, hands-on, enjoy hosting and connecting with people and ready to join our amazing Food and Beverage team.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Be an ambassador for the Hotel, positively representing and promoting our hotel.
• Be a key part of the guest experience, interacting wherever and whenever possible.
• Show your flair for breakfast cooking and deliver well presented, tasty breakfast dishes and cuisine for the dining area.
• Prepare and restock the small, stylish buffet.
• Ensure the kitchen is well stocked and ordering up to date.
• Keep the kitchen clean and tidy.

ABOUT YOU:

• Be efficient, "hands on" and organised to work through those 'mad rush' moments with a smile.
• Team player with a passion for delivering food at a standard that complements our Boutique Hotel.
• Ability to work under pressure, taking initiative and working both independently and collaboratively.
• Positive mindset and a "can do" attitude.
• An understanding of food safety, WHS and HACCP principles.
• Reliable and motivated.
• Good availability to participate in a roster 7 days a week and public holidays. Opportunity for additional hours front of house.
• Initiative and a great team player that can build connections with both guests and fellow staff.
• Good personal presentation.
• Full working rights in Australia essential to be considered for the role.
