ABOUT YOU: An ideal candidate would have the following skill set: Strong leadership Confidence in leading multisite kitchen teams Creating operational producers Ensuring customer expectations are met and product quality is matched even when you are not in the kitchen Following procedures and processe Menu development. SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Trade qualification or equivalent (Cert III in Commercial Cookery) Dedication to the production, preparation and presentation of dishes of the highest quality. Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision. Team player attitude and willingness to work within a large, diverse team Commitment and passion for high-end service always ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Adhere to strict stock rotation and minimum wastage guidelines. Ability to maintain a clean, hygienic and safe working environment.
