ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Exciting role, work in partnership with our Food and Beverage Managers to
  creatively provide interactive service and genuine hospitality to all guests.
• Supervise shifts across a 7day roster including weekends
• Ensure superior restaurant and dining service is provided to all guests
• Assist with staff training

ABOUT YOU:

• Experience in a similar role with a restaurant or banquet background
• A passion for good quality food and wine
• Availability to work a variety of shifts
• A strong guest focus with excellent communication and customer service skills
• Flexible and reliable
• Hands on! Lead by example and have your finger on the pulse
• .Have a strong sense of urgency to get things done quickly and works well under
  pressure.
