A rare opportunity for a highly energetic Front Office leader to step into a broader, more strategic Rooms Division role. This position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the hotel, with leadership across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance, ensuring all departments are aligned and set up for both team and guest success. You will lead a team of Lindenderry Curators to deliver service from the heart, creating memorable and meaningful guest experiences at every touchpoint. ABOUT THE ROLE: - Lead, coach and develop a service-focused team across Front Office, Housekeeping, and Maintenance, ensuring seamless daily operations and strong cross-department collaboration
- Oversee all aspects of the Rooms Division, ensuring the property runs efficiently, with a strong focus on presentation, service standards, and operational excellence
- Drive commercial performance through active management of room inventory, rates, and guest experience, contributing to RevPAR growth and overall profitability
- Ensure all standards, policies, procedures, rates, and hotel information are communicated clearly and consistently executed across departments
- Maintain strong oversight of systems and processes, including PMS, reservations, and payments, using data and insights to support decision-making
- Take ownership of the overall guest journey, ensuring consistency from arrival through to departure across all rooms-related functions
- Manage a 7-day operation, with varied rosters covering day, evening, weekend shifts, and public holidays
ABOUT YOU: - Operational and financial management experience within a Hotel environment
- Establish in conjunction with the General Manager financial performance targets for revenue, expenditure and market share and ensure department achieves these targets.
- Possess a strong understanding of market segments and how these contribute to the Hotels success
- Have a proven record of leadership and development within your direct reports
- A proven track record of maintaining excellent product and service standards whilst maximising revenue and minimising expenses
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain solid working relationships with guests, owners and staff
- Hands on leadership skills that inspire and support the team, particularly during those 'mad rush' moments
- Team player, great personality and a passion for delivering the best service possible with a boutique vibe
- Get a kick out of hitting revenue targets and firing up your team to stay alert to selling opportunities
