We’re now searching for an experienced and passionate Wedding & Events Sales Manager to champion sales and client relationships at Cleveland Estate – our beautifully restored vineyard property in the heart of the Macedon Ranges.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is a unique opportunity to grow, convert and curate unforgettable weddings and milestone events at one of regional Victoria’s most picturesque destinations.

Your day to day will include:

• Proactively generating new wedding and event leads through digital platforms, referrals, and partnerships
• Hosting engaging site inspections that showcase the property’s beauty and flexibility.
• Managing the full sales journey from enquiry to contract, ensuring every couple feels understood and inspired.
• Building long-term relationships with suppliers, planners and regional networks.
• Driving results through data-led insights, creative marketing initiatives and collaboration with the Group Sales & Marketing team.

This role requires a Tuesday to Saturday work week to ensure availability for client meetings, showcases and property tours. 

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in wedding and events, venues, styling or boutique hospitality.
• A track record of exceeding targets and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• A genuine love of storytelling and connecting with clients at an emotional level.
• A balance of warmth, professionalism and resilience, with the confidence to lead every interaction.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service
• Competency in CRM systems and lead management tools.
• A collaborative spirit and “no task too small” attitude – we are a hands-on, high-performing team.
