The Lancemore Group is seeking an experienced, self-driven, proactive and highly motivated Weddings & Events Coordinator to join the team at the iconic Lancemore Mansion Hotel Werribee Park.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing venue and play a key role in delivering exceptional weddings and events, while supporting a strong and established sales function.
About the role:
As our Weddings & Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the planning and delivery of weddings and events from post-confirmation through to execution, ensuring a seamless and elevated client experience.
Working closely with the Sales Manager, you will also provide support during peak enquiry periods, assisting with client communication, site inspections, and maintaining momentum with prospective clients.
This role suits someone who takes initiative, works with a strong sense of ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You will be responsible for:
- Coordinating weddings and events from confirmation through to delivery
- Managing client communications, planning timelines, and event details
- Conducting site inspections and client meetings as required
- Supporting the sales process during peak periods (follow-ups, enquiries, nurturing leads)
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure smooth event execution
- Maintaining accurate records and systems (iVvy & RMS experience highly regarded)
- Delivering a premium, personalised client experience aligned with the Lancemore brand
About you:

You bring:
- Proven experience in weddings and/or events coordination
- A strong work ethic and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent client management and relationship-building skills
- Confidence communicating with clients at all stages of their journey
- Experience with iVvy and RMS (highly regarded)
- A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative
- Excellent time management and the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously
- High attention to detail and a solutions-focused approach
- A warm, professional, and personable manner
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively
You understand the importance of momentum in the client journey and are confident stepping in to support sales activity when required.
