About the Role

In this client-facing role, you’ll be the go-to person for our wedding, conference and event clients - from the first enquiry to the final toast. You’ll coordinate a wide variety of events with care, energy and attention to detail, ensuring occasion exceeds expectations.

You will:

• Build strong relationships with new and returning clients
• Host professional and engaging site inspections for couples and corporate clients
• Prepare timely, accurate event proposals and quotations
• Plan, coordinate and oversee events from beginning to end
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
• Deliver warm, confident, solutions-focused customer service throughout the planning journey

What We’re Looking For

• Demonstrated success in coordinating events (weddings a bonus!)
• Exceptional communication skills with a warm, professional presence
• Natural customer service instincts – you know how to make people feel supported and valued
• Organised, detail-focused and capable of managing multiple client portfolios
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong administration and computer literacy
• A positive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
• Full, unrestricted Australian working rights (sponsorship is not available for this role)
