Chef Positions Various Levels - Mornington Peninsula

Lancemore Lindenderry Red Hill, our luxury Mornington Peninsula boutique hotel is set amongst 34 stunning acres of gardens and vines.  Our innovative two hatted restaurant,
The Dining Room, recently awarded two hats, offers exceptional dining experiences with carefully curated seasonal menus.
 

Our newly appointed Executive Chef and Sous Chef are seeking passionate Chefs of various levels to enhance the team as they deliver exceptional culinary experiences.  We are looking for Chef de Parties, Pastry Chefs, Commis or Demi Chefs, as well as 2nd or 3rd year Apprentice chefs who are eager to contribute, learn and grow as the restaurant continues to thrive.

About You:
To be successful in this role you will need to have:
  • Transport to and from Red Hill and live within the Mornington Peninsula Shire.
  • Certificate III in Commercial cookery or completing your 2nd or 3rd apprenticeship towards
  • Experience in a similar role in an a la carte hotel restaurant or functions kitchen will be highly regarded
  • Enthusiasm and creative approach to providing high quality food
  • An understanding of food safety and HACCP principle
  • A desire to learn and be part of an exceptional food service product
  • Ability to work well with others and a desire to learn
