About the role:
As a Guest Service Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and seamless experience from check-in to check-out. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service and hospitality
- Managing guest check ins and check outs efficiently
- Assisting guests with luggage upon arrival and departure
- Responding to guest inquiries and requests in a professional and timely manner
- Handling reservations, payments, and general front office administration
About you:
To excel in this role, you will be:
- Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
A strong communicator with a warm, professional demeanor - Well-presented and confident in a guest-facing role
- A team player who loves a fast-paced environment
- Experienced in front office administration, reservations, or cash handling (preferred but not essential)
- Tech-savvy with strong administrative skills
- Passionate in all areas of front office and provide highest level of customer service
