We are preparing for the very exciting season at the Lancemore Milawa Hotel and are looking for guest-focused individuals with various levels of food and beverage experience as training will also be provided. 

If you are looking for the next step or starting out in a spectacular hotel venue as a Food and beverage attendant on a casual basis, we would look forward to hearing from you.

About The Role: 

• Deliver exceptional guest service in various food and beverage outlets
• Be an ambassador for the hotel

About You:

• Experience in a similar role in an a la carte hotel restaurant or functions venue will be highly regarded
• You must have a passion for food and beverage with the ability to make great connections with all our guests.
• A la carte waiter experience in a quality dining environment will be of great interest. 
• Valid RSA certificate
• A desire for service excellence
• A basic understanding of wines and spirits
• A great communicator
• Availability to participate in a 7-day working roster of days, nights, weekends and public holidays
• Ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Initiative and be a team player
• Good personal presentation
• Bright, enthusiastic and engaged team member
• Strong liaison abilities to interact with our guest in a professional manner 
• Self-motivation, can do attitude
