The Constance Hotel in Fortitude Valley is a truly unique street-art inspired property, ideally located to capture guests from the emerging corporate precinct while maintaining its reputation for those seeking the arts, entertainment and restaurant culture the Valley is famous for. The property comprises of 65 rooms by world-class street artists, a rooftop bar, restaurant and a ground -floor function space. 

We are seeking a driven and hands-on General Manager to lead this well-established operation. We welcome applications from both experienced GM's and first-time GMs stepping up from reputable boutique or major hotel brands, provided you have led sizable teams and demonstrated strong operational capability.

The successful candidate will bring a track record of delivering results across financial performance, guest satisfaction and team engagement, with the hunger and commercial acumen to continue growing this standout property. Experience in revenue management, sales leadership and working closely with owners or partner operators will be highly regarded.

• Drive exceptional financial results through strong cost control, revenue management and a focus on top-line growth
• Lead and Inspire teams to achieve superior results in a boutique environment 
• Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction in an experienced led boutique hotel
• Build and develop leaders through hands-on management, coaching and mentoring 
• Demonstrate resilience, urgency and a desire to continuously improve the business
